By submitting content, you grant LŪPR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license
to display, distribute, reproduce, modify, and promote such content in connection with
the Services.
4. . PROHIBITED CONTENT
Users may not submit:
False information
Harassment
Hate speech
Threats
Pornographic content Copyright-infringing material
Spam
Misleading course informationAutomated or bot-generated reports intended to manipulate rankings
5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
LŪPR provides community-generated information.
We do not guarantee:
Accuracy
Completeness
Timeliness
Users should independently verify course conditions and information before making
decisions.
6. COURSE INFORMATION
Course conditions, pin locations, weather, and strategy information may change at any time. LŪPR is not responsible for decisions made based on user-generated reports.
7. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Abuse community systems
Manipulate rankings
Submit fraudulent information
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The LŪPR name, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, and branding are owned by LŪPR and may not be copied without written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LŪPR is provided “as is.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LŪPR shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Lost data
Course-related decisions
Tournament outcomes
Any indirect damages
